Our Location and Facilities

Located in Madison, TN, near I65 N and Old Hickory Blvd, our home is designed to offer a serene and supportive atmosphere. While we acknowledge that public transportation access is limited, we ensure that our residents have access to transportation for meetings, grocery shopping, and other essential activities. Our residents often support each other, creating a close-knit community where everyone feels valued and supported.

Next Chapter Homes is a non-profit organization committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. We are in the process of obtaining TN-ARR certification, which underscores our dedication to providing quality recovery services. We officially opened our doors less than a month ago and are excited to welcome new residents.

Beyond our recovery services, Stacey Horn, LCSW, CH, offers hypnosis to help individuals quit smoking. As a certified hypnotist, Stacey has helped many people become non-smokers and is passionate about assisting others in overcoming their smoking habits.
